We manufacture each of our great tasting Enrico's and Medei Cuisine products at our own manufaturing facility. We cannot over-emphasize just how important this is. Unlike other sauce companies, we can check and control product quality on a minute to minute basis. And that means you can trust our products to deliver consistent quality and taste every time you open a jar.

We've developed special mixing and processing techniques which allow us to use shorter cooking times. This is important because it helps our specially chosen ingredients to retain their essential vitamins and nutrients. Cooling must be done quickly to prevent overcooking and to maintain that distinctive homemade taste. Once bottled and cooled, the sauces are coded for date, time-of-day and batch number.
